Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Cos., Inc., negotiated the lease renewal, representing both the landlord, Hingham Sq. LLC, and the tenant.
Over the years, Nona's has built a loyal local clientele and has become a landmark in Hingham Sq. The Pride Building is home to other retail tenants including Brewed Awakenings, Island in the Sq., and Worldwide Travel, and several office tenants on the second floor. There are 1,500 s/f available for lease in the building.
