Harbeson and Wagner form Market Square Architects

July 15, 2016 - Construction Design & Engineering

Portsmouth, NH Robert Harbeson AIA and Adam Wagner AIA launched a new Portsmouth-based architecture firm, Market Square Architects.  The firm will focus on residential and commercial projects of varying size and complexity across the region.

“My strong background in design, technical aspects of code and construction and the navigation of the approvals and permitting process, coupled with Adam’s business and project management expertise make us a viable option for businesses, homeowners and developers looking to add value to their team or project.” Harbeson said.  “Our goal is to provide great service at a reasonable cost and have a positive impact on every neighborhood and community that we serve.”

Although there are many architecture firms in Seacoast region, Market Square Architects can offer the expertise of having designed and delivered major projects, upwards of $100 million, with the pricing of a smaller firm with low overhead.

“Our ultimate goal is to provide the best value to our customers and clients.  We want to guide them in the decision making process so that their design choices are based on achieving a stated outcome and goal.  For some, the design, approvals and construction process can be a daunting one; we want to be an advocate for those clients and walk them through every step of the process.” stated Wagner.

Market Square Architects’ new office is located in suite 203 of the Kearsarge House at 104 Congress St.  From this central location, they will serve clients throughout the region and across the 15 states where they are currently licensed to practice.
