Harrington & Co. and Norton Asset Management sell
three industrial buildings for $4.5 million
Concord, NH Harrington & Company teamed up with Norton Asset Management to complete the sale of 78 Regional Dr.
78 Regional Dr. is a fully leased industrial property consisting of three industrial buildings (20,000 s/f, 20,000 s/f and 18,000 s/f) on 7.22 acres for $4.5 million.
Mike Harrington and Bill Norton represented the seller and secured the buyer.
