New England Developments’ 178-unit Rowen at The Pinehills completed

Plymouth, MA According to Bozzuto, the first residents at Rowen at The Pinehills have moved into the new, 178-apartment home residence. Rowen is in The Pinehills Village Green; a walkable town center, with proximity to Rte. 3, Cape Cod and the South Shore, and Boston via a nearby MBTA commuter rail station.

Located at 9 Village Green South, Rowen at The Pinehills represents the newest housing option in town. Built in partnership with New England Development, Pinehills LLC, and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and designed by ICON Architecture, amenities, include an outdoor pool, library with coworking spaces, entertainment and catering kitchens, a billiards room, and a fitness studio with yoga and Pilates rooms. Additionally, Rowen includes a pet spa, underground parking and EV charging stations, storage lockers, and bike storage.

Rowen at The Pinehills offers miles of wooded hiking trails, 36 holes of championship golf at Pinehills Golf Club, and two landscaped courtyards to host programs and events. With shops, dining, and outdoor activities nearby.

As a One Bozzuto project, Rowen was constructed and developed – and will now be managed – by Bozzuto. Leveraging the company’s expertise across construction, development and property management divisions, Rowen is a mixed-use residential community that delivers value to investors, residents, and The Pinehills.

The store will feature a thoughtful selection of books and gift items for sale and will regularly host community events, including author talks and book signings.”

The four-story building of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are outfitted with stainless steel appliances, antique brass accents, and white, slate, and walnut shaker cabinets. Many residences also include terraces and balconies.
