Malone Commercial Brokers recently negotiated the following leases: * Franklin L. Brooks, LCSW leased 631 s/f of professional office space at 222 St John St. Cowcatcher LLC is the landlord and East Brown Cow Management Inc. is the building manager. Peter Harrington of Malone brokered the transaction. * Libra Enterprises leased 581s/f of office at 222 St. John St. Harrington was the broker for the transaction. * Masthead Management Partners leased 500 s/f of office space at 111 Commercial St. Soley Bros. LLC is the landlord and East Brown Cow Management is the property manager. Harrington handled the transaction.
