Hawkins of CBRE/NE handles 14,204 s/f in three leases for MARIC: Mohr Partners, DTZ and JLL represent tenants

On behalf of MARIC, Inc., CBRE/New England completed three leases totaling 14,204 s/f at 35 New England Business Center within New England Business Center. MARIC has owned and managed the four-building, 244,000 s/f master-planned office park since December 2012. Vanasse & Associates, Inc. signed for 6,766 s/f, Old Republic Title Insurance Group for 5,141 s/fand Spruce Law LLC for 2,297 s/f.
CBRE/NE's Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord in all of the transactions.
Mohr Partners represented Vanasse & Associates, a New England-based traffic engineering, transportation planning and engineering firm.
DTZ represented Old Republic Title Insurance Group, one of the largest title insurance groups in the country.
JLL represented Spruce Law LLC, a law firm representing employers in a variety of employment and business litigation matters.
