Hawkins of CBRE/NE handles 14,204 s/f in three leases for MARIC: Mohr Partners, DTZ and JLL represent tenants

On behalf of MARIC, Inc., CBRE/New England completed three leases totaling 14,204 s/f at 35 New England Business Center within New England Business Center. MARIC has owned and managed the four-building, 244,000 s/f master-planned office park since December 2012. Vanasse & Associates, Inc. signed for 6,766 s/f, Old Republic Title Insurance Group for 5,141 s/fand Spruce Law LLC for 2,297 s/f. CBRE/NE's Kerry Olson Hawkins, first vice president, represented the landlord in all of the transactions. Mohr Partners represented Vanasse & Associates, a New England-based traffic engineering, transportation planning and engineering firm. DTZ represented Old Republic Title Insurance Group, one of the largest title insurance groups in the country. JLL represented Spruce Law LLC, a law firm representing employers in a variety of employment and business litigation matters. "Situated just 25 miles north of Boston, New England Business Center is a distinguished office park with terrific accessibility and a number of on-site amenities," said Olson Hawkins. "These deals bring the park to 92% occupancy, which is a testament to MARIC, Inc.'s distinction as a landlord. Prospective tenant interest in the park remains strong." New England Business Center is a four-building, 244,000 s/f master-planned office park. The park encompasses 42 acres of land and features views of the Merrimack River and a natural wooded surrounding. Amenities include an on-site Little Sprouts Daycare, a cafeteria and fitness room with showers and lockers; a full-service Marriott Courtyard Hotel and Wyndham Hotel are adjacent to the office park. The park is ideally situated at the junction of I-93 and River Rd. and is just minutes from I-495 and Rte. 128. New England Business Center offers proximity to southern New Hampshire and convenient access from Boston.
