Burlington, MA The Haynes Group, in collaboration with Maugel Architects, have wrapped up renovations on a 12,236 s/f one-story steel framed structure for Lightforce Orthodontics.

Lightforce Orthodontics is a breakthrough company responsible for engineering the first ever 3D printed bracket made of ceramic polycrystalline alumina, marking the first-time orthodontists were able to create personalized fixed appliance treatments.

Haynes Group, founded in 2001, has a successful track record of completing office build-outs of various sizes and scopes for companies throughout Eastern New England.

“Every job has their unique qualities,” said Emily Bozek, project manager at Haynes Group, Inc. “Our goal is to ensure the client receives great customer service no matter the size or project type.”

Having the right team is the key to any successful project.

“On this project we had a great group between Haynes Group, Maugel Architects, and the subcontractors, all were willing to do what it took no matter the ask,” said Bozek. “We were impressed with everyone’s diligence, which significantly contributed to the project’s success.”

The team modified existing building systems, installed exterior signage, flooring, and new finishes, and constructed 7,587 s/f of office space and 4,739 s/f of factory space. The excellent condition of the existing building roof deck allowed for the installation of full-height exterior windows that flood office and production areas with natural light.

At Haynes Group, teammates focus on building strong bonds with their clients to build a space that reflects their company culture and values and fosters productivity, happiness, and company pride.

“The Haynes Group and Maugel Architects worked together seamlessly in terms of field and office coordination,” said Chilton Griffin, managing partner at The Tenant Agency. “I felt as though they were proactively looking out for us throughout the process.”

“The entire team did a fantastic job delivering the space as expected in a highly professional manner,” said Eran Nadir, director of operations and manufacturing at Lightforce Orthodontics. “It was a real pleasure working with you all, the Lightforce team is super excited and looking forward to entering the new space.”
