Fitchburg Municipal Airport: The new $4.3 million, 4,100 s/f terminal and administration building on Crawford St. at the Fitchburg Municipal Airport. Pilgrim Interiors was responsible for the exterior framing and sheathing of the building shell, as well as interior partitions, drywall, doors, frames, and ceilings.

Soldier On - Housing for Veterans Soldier On - Housing for Veterans

Soldier On: a private non-profit organization committed to ending veteran homelessness, is renovating the former Western Mass Regional Police Academy in Agawam,  providing a housing community to the men and women it serves. This $14 million project will provide over 50,000 s/f of living space in the form of 51 new units of housing, as well as dining facilities, and administrative offices. Pilgrim Interiors, who will be responsible for the build out of all interior walls, including drywall and finishes, is extremely proud to be part of a project that provides such a crucial community based opportunity for those men and women who make incredible sacrifices for the good of all American citizens.

Boston Logan Airport: The new American Airlines Credit Union at Boston’s Logan Airport. This fit-out was completed on an accelerated schedule; the challenge of working in crowded public spaces is met by adopting flexible schedules, longer shifts, and timely material deliveries.

Red Clover Common - Brattleboro, VT Red Clover Common - Brattleboro, VT

Red Clover Commons: A 55 unit residential complex, this $12 million, 80,000 s/f building, is currently being built out at a furious pace. Pilgrim Interior’s presence is substantial, routinely 20 or more men daily, working on the installation of nearly 10,000 sheets of drywall, several miles (literally) of resilient channel, and acres of acoustical ceilings.
