Integrated Builders completes $5.8 million Toyota/Ford Dealership
1 Main Street - Greenfield Toyota and Ford - Greenfield, MAGreenfield, MA Integrated Builders has completed construction on a new Greenfield Toyota and Ford joint-dealership at 1 Main St. With a total project cost of $5.8 million, the new 32,000 s/f facility replaced the outdated Toyota and Ford dealership previously located on the site. Notably, the existing facility remained open throughout construction.
Integrated Builders provided construction management services while collaborating with architects The Curtis Architectural Group, civil engineers SVE Associates, structural engineers Flood Consulting, and fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm engineers Environmental Design Engineering, Inc.
The new facility consists of a combined 30,000 s/f dealership space and features an additional 2,000 s/f system parts mezzanine area. Additionally, the space utilizes high-end materials and updated finishes consistent with the Toyota and Ford brands.
“Our focus on our client’s point of view combined with our prior experience on auto dealerships was crucial to the success of this project,” commented Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. “Construction took place adjacent to the existing functioning facility, and we worked to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business took place uninterrupted. We are pleased with success from the close coordination of the project teams, as well as with the high-quality of the completed facility.”
