Hird and Crampton of O,R&L handle $1.7 million sale of 20,672 s/f industrial building

Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of the 20,672 s/f industrial building located at 856 North Main St. Ext. 

The property is strategically located with access to I-91 and Rte. 15 and offers flexible industrial space within one of Connecticut’s strongest central markets. The property’s size and location make it well suited for a range of industrial uses. 

Frank Hird, SIOR and Sam Crampton of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the seller, Jakx, LLC. The buyer, NIA ROO Investments LLC, was represented by Victoria DePaolo of Farmingbury Real Estate Inc., in Wolcott, CT. 

The property transferred for $1.7 million. 

O,R&L Commercial, LLC with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
