Hunneman brokers 96,000 s/f industrial lease to U.S. Lumber

Mansfield, MA Hunneman brokered a 96,000 s/f lease for U.S. Lumber, one of the largest, privately held distributors of specialty building material, at Oliver Street Capital’s Francis Logistics Center. U.S. Lumber will also have access to nine acres of outdoor storage in addition to the warehouse space.

“Francis Logistics Center is ideally suited to U.S. Lumber’s needs, and we’re thrilled to welcome them to the building on behalf of Oliver Street Capital,” said Ned Halloran, executive vice president, leasing & advisory at Hunneman. “As the demand for lumber continues to be strong, U.S. Lumber’s newest New England outpost will support growing business operations with convenient transit and direct freight rail access.”

The 352,340 s/f property located at 241 Francis Ave. boasts direct rail access to the main warehouse space and accessibility to I-95 and I-495, as well as on-site parking. Francis Logistics Center offers four rail doors, 21 loading docks, and three drive-in spots. Remaining availability includes 216,000 s/f of high-bay warehouse space and up to 10 acres of industrial outdoor storage.

Only minutes from Mansfield Crossing, Francis Logistics Center provides tenants convenient access to local shops and restaurants, including a Best Buy, Kohls, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as an array of dining options. Other notable tenants in the area include Toyota, Medtronic, and Integra.
