Hobbs Brook Management adds Grullon to commercial real estate and leasing group

Elizabeth Grullon has joined Hobbs Brook Management as a project manager Elizabeth Grullon, Hobbs Brook Management
Waltham, MA Elizabeth Grullon has joined Hobbs Brook Management LLC as a project manager in the commercial real estate and leasing group. Her primary role will be coordinating and supervising real estate developments across Hobbs Brook Management’s portfolio, primarily office renovations, tenant improvements and property repositioning. “Hobbs Brook Management is known for developing high quality buildings with a focus on sustainability and for offering superior management service to our tenants,” said Bradley Cardoso, AIA, principal architect for Hobbs Brook Management. “We are thrilled to have Elizabeth join our team. Her enthusiasm and excellent attention to detail make Elizabeth a perfect candidate for this position.” Prior to joining Hobbs Brook, Grullon was a project associate at Xyster Consulting Inc./State Street Bank; an assistant project manager at Integrated Solutions Group; an assistant project manager at Cresa; and an assistant facilities manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Grullon received a Master’s Degree in Project Management from EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Planning and Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.
