Hobbs Brook Management LLC has negotiated 152,889 s/f in renewed and expanded leases. The leases include 20 tenants within the Hobbs Brook Office Park in Waltham, and the Edgewater Office Park, in Wakefield, Mass.

* Persian Acceptance: 10,596 s/f;
* Warren Equities: 2,953 s/f; and

Sustainable upgrades at 610 Lincoln St. North, also within the Hobbs Brook Office Park in Waltham, were completed and 86,000 s/f are available for occupancy.
