Hobbs Brook Management LLC negotiates 152,889 s/f in lease renewals and expansions

Hobbs Brook Management LLC has negotiated 152,889 s/f in renewed and expanded leases. The leases include 20 tenants within the Hobbs Brook Office Park in Waltham, and the Edgewater Office Park, in Wakefield, Mass. Tenants within the Waltham Hobbs Brook Office Park include: * Actifio: 49,129 s/f; * Reed Business Information: 27,973 s/f; * Exoprise: 2,336 s/f; * McKinsey: 10,572 s/f; * Innocentive: 5,181 s/f; * BuyerZone: 10,000 s/f; * Total Technical Services/Panther Global Group: 6,013 s/f; and * Cambridge Sound Management: 3,495 s/f. Tenants within the Wakefield Edgewater Office Park include: * TapClicks: 6,880 s/f; * BioPoint: 2,058 s/f; * Comcast: 7,082 s/f; * ESAI: 3,207 s/f; * T.K. Keith: 3,053 s/f; * Persian Acceptance: 10,596 s/f; * Warren Equities: 2,953 s/f; and * TPFG LLC: 2,361 s/f. In addition to its ongoing leasing activities within several office parks in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Georgia and Illinois, Hobbs Brook Management is also nearing completion of the 275 Wyman St. project in Waltham, a 300,000 s/f, five-story sustainable office building and the future home of Vistraprint's corporate headquarters.
