Holmes and Blackey of R.W. Holmes complete 6,168 s/f lease

Newton, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated a new office lease of 6,168 s/f to Industrial Video & Control.

Industrial Video & Control, a manufacturer of rugged IP cameras and video management software for industrial, commercial, and military applications, leased space from Legacy Real Estate Ventures at 189 Wells Ave. R. W. Holmes director of corporate services Elizabeth Holmes and managing director Dean Blackey represented Industrial Video & Control in the transaction. Newmark represented Legacy Real Estate Ventures.

“We’re pleased to have quickly found a great new headquarters for Industrial Video & Control,” said Holmes. “Our client needed to relocate due to the building’s conversion to lab space, and we appreciate IV&C trusting us as their advisor to make quick and creative decisions to get them into a new space that fits their current and future needs.”

“Legacy Real Estate Ventures was great to work with, and we were able to close the deal pretty quickly,” said Blackey.
