Natick, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, 6 Mercer Road, LLC, and procured the buyer, Cross Mercer Road LLC, in the sale of 6 Mercer Rd. for the purchase price of $2.3 million.
Warren Cross, Jr., manager of Cross Mercer Road LLC, purchased 6 Mercer Rd. as an investment property to add to his portfolio of commercial and industrial properties located in the town.
New Dover Associates, Inc. is the exclusive agent for the leasing of 6 Mercer Rd.
