Brookline, MA Hunneman, a full-service commercial real estate provider, has facilitated the sale of 10-12 Greenway Court. The residential complex encompasses two adjacent brick apartment buildings with off-street parking and is comprised of 14 residential units in the city’s Coolidge Corner neighborhood.

10-12 Greenway Court is located near retail, restaurant, and cultural amenities. Neighboring attractions include Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, and the historic Coolidge Corner Theater. The property is also located three minutes away from the MBTA Green Line Coolidge Corner station by foot. 10-12 Greenway Court offers ease of access to all the city and Boston has to offer.

In addition to the sale of 10-12 Greenway Court, Hunneman also facilitated a $7.5 million sale of 36-units at the Quarrywood Green complex in Milford, N.H. Located off Rte. 101A at 59 Ponemah Hill Rd., the 36 units were well stabilized and generating positive cash flow. The offering was well received by the market resulting in multiple offers. Hunneman represented the seller New Point LLC and procured the buyer.
