Waltham, MA Hunneman has completed two lease agreements at 400 Fifth Ave., with tenants Cushing & Dolan P.C. and Stack & Stack, LLP. The Hunneman team, led by executive vice presidents Steve James, Leeanne Rizzo and Ned Halloran and vice president Patrick Grady and assistant vice president Connor Hayes represented the landlord, Duffy Properties, in these transactions. 

Located off Rte. 128, 400 Fifth Ave. is a first-class office building with high-end finishes and amenities. 

Cushing & Dolan P.C., represented by John Parsons and Ryan Parsons of SVN Parsons Commercial Group, signed a long-term lease of 14,856 s/f. 

Stack & Stack, LLP leased the final remaining 1,777 s/f suite, and was represented by the Hunneman leasing team. The two transactions brought the building to 100% leased. 

Cushing and Dolan P.C., a renowned law firm with 12 locations throughout New England, and certified public accountants Stack & Stack, LLP, join other notable tenants such as Ardelyx and Yardi in the now fully-leased building.
