"We are grateful to the amazing team of professionals who helped us stay true to our core values and environmental goals by guiding us through this process," said Barbara Couch, director of corporate social responsibility for Hypertherm. "The end result coupled with today's LEED Gold announcement is more than we ever could have hoped for."
The new facility will accommodate Hypertherm's growth in a number of areas. In addition to fostering the eventual creation of up to 500 new jobs, the facility includes advanced research and development space, training classrooms, and engineering labs.
