The comradery, networking, and laughter could be heard around the golf course all day long. The on-course festivities included a hand-rolled cigar station and the 19th hole reception had everyone laughing, compliments of “a Man in a Skirt,” and his tremendous scotch tasting selections, bag-piping, and joke-telling. The networking at the event was enhanced through structured foursomes pairing together an SIOR broker, corporate partner, invited broker and invited landlord.

The Par 69, 6,427 yard Donald Ross designed golf course is nationally ranked as a top 100 golf course and proved to be a formidable challenge with impeccable course conditions.

Taking home the trophy for 1st place in the two best ball net format was SIOR Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate, Jason Rexinis of NAI Hunneman, Mike Lefebvre of TD Bank, and Kevin Brawley of Colliers International.

The New England chapter of SIOR would like to thank its friends at TD Bank as presenting sponsor of the SIOR Invitational and supporting sponsors DACON Corp., Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, STV/DPM and Vantage Builders Inc.

Plans are in the works for the Second Annual New England SIOR Invitational slated for summer 2017.
