Integrated Builders selected for 40,000 s/f Prime Ford in Auburn

Auburn, MA Integrated Builders has been selected to construct a 40,000 s/f Ford automobile dealership on behalf of owner Prime Motor Group. The Integrated Builders team includes project manager Brian Kidder, project superintendent Michael Croteau, and assistant project manager Barbara Frazier who will work with director of facilities Joe Rose from the Prime Motor Group, and collaborate with civil engineers Kelly Engineering Group, Inc., structural engineers Flood Consulting, and MEP/FP engineers CBC Engineering. The Curtis Architectural Group will provide the design for the new facility. 

Prime Ford will be constructed with a structural steel frame. The exterior will be clad with silver composite and feature a decorative roof arch. The façade will have a 25’ glass curtain wall at the showroom. Integrated will also provide a fresh paved parking lot with space for over 300 vehicles. 

The interior will feature ceramic floors and wood accent paneling. Integrated will construct a 13,000 s/f showroom that will showcase 8 vehicles at once. The showroom will also include a reception area, and offices for sales and administrative staff.  There will be a training room and an area for retail sales. In addition, the firm will construct a customer lounge with a quiet room and kids area as well as a café. 

The service center will be located in the back of the building and include a drive-through with six rolling overhead doors for ease-of-access. There will be 20 service bays with lifts and a full car wash area. Integrated will install restroom cores with lockers as well as a 3,000 s/f mezzanine for additional storage. There will also be LED lights installed throughout the interior.

The new Prime Ford will be located at 774-780 Washington St. It is situated near I-90 and Rte. 290.
