Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC negotiates two new leases at Highland Medical Center in Braintree, MA

Braintree, MA Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC, a leading multi-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, negotiated two new leases at the Highland Medical Center building, located at 1681 Washington St.

New tenants joining the impressive tenant roster are South Shore Home Care and Prènoir Salon Suites. The leases were negotiated by Angela Nuss and Jay Nuss.

South Shore Home Care, which provides in-home medical and non-medical support for seniors, adults with disabilities, and those recovering from illness, has leased 700 s/f of office space located at street level of the three-story medical center. 

Prènoir Salon Suites, a company offering individual suites to personal care professionals, has leased 1,625 s/f of space, also at street level.

“These new leases reflect the continued demand for accessible community-oriented services on the South Shore,” said Jay Nuss, principal at Jay Nuss Realty Group. “South Shore Home Care and Prènoir Salon Suites are excellent additions to the Highland Medical Center tenant community. We’re proud to bring them to a location that supports their growth and the needs of area residents.”
