Press of Press/Cuozzo brokers $715,000 sale of Brix Restaurant

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Brix Restaurant facility at 1721 Highland Ave. has been sold. The well established location consists of a 5,342 s/f fully equipped restaurant facility set on 1.09 acres on the northern end of Rte. 10 offering easy access to I-691, I-91 and I-84. Press was the listing agent representing the seller, BG Associates, LLP. The buyer, Luca Ristorante, LLC is projecting an opening in early April. The transaction closed at $715,000.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
