Jones Lang LaSalle leases 2,460 s/f to The Nutmeg State Games

Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a 2,460 s/f lease for The Nutmeg State Games, a division of Connecticut Sports Management Group, Inc. Relocating from 290 Roberts St., the new office is on the third floor at 50 Founders Plaza. They have a 23 member board of directors, five person staff and thousands of volunteers who help make the Nutmeg State Games possible. The tenant was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle's vice president Gary Schless. 50 Founders Plaza is owned by GLK Realty, which represented themselves in the transaction.
