Kaplan Construction renovating 4,100 s/f office space for Radiology Associates of Norwood
Kaplan Construction is renovating the 4,100 s/f office of Radiology Associates of Norwood, Inc. (RANI).
Located within the Guild Medical Office Building at Norwood Hospital, RANI will remain operational throughout construction. Working with Steffian Bradley Architects and the consulting engineers, Kaplan provided preconstruction budgeting, phasing, and scheduling input to minimize the impact of construction on patients and staff. The three-phase renovation will focus on updating the facility to comply with regulatory standards for handicap accessibility and Department of Public Health Outpatient Diagnostic Facilities guidelines.
Construction is expected to be complete in August.
