Sea Watch Realty leased to EasCare Ambulance Service a 4,000 s/f unit at 9 Aldrin Rd. in Plymouth Industrial Park on a 5-year lease. Stephen Kauffman of Sea Watch Realty represented the owner, Aldrin Road Realty Trust, and Bob McCourt of the Conrad Group represented the tenant.
EasCare provides private ambulance service and is Massachusetts' third largest medical transport provider. With six dispatch locations, over 100 vehicles, and 425 full and part time employees, the locally-owned and operated transport company provides quality care from experienced, medical professionals.
