Keller Williams Realty Leading Edge's CEO Evelyn Ranone revealed her company's arrival in the Providence real estate market. "We are very excited about our newest division in Rhode Island's state capital city and our new affiliation with the well known and experienced Michael Alves of the Elite Commercial Realty Group. We have come together to form a Keller Williams Realty Commercial Division in Providence," said Ranone.
"The Providence Commercial market has been on our radar screen for some time. We are proud to now be a part of the growing commercial real estate community here," said Ranone. "We are seeing a continued uptick in the commercial real estate market add to that the continued historical lows in interest rates and it is a growing market. This is the next logical place for us to be."
Keller Williams Realty Leading Edge's new office is located at 144 Wayland Ave.

In the commercial real estate business in Rhode Island for more than 29 years with Keller Williams Central RI and Coldwell Banker, he was feeling that what was out there lacked proper commercial real estate training. Between 1998-2008, he opened and operated Coldwell Banker's Commercial Division in Rhode Island and became their regional director in 2000, he started his own commercial business in 2008, Elite Commercial Realty. He joined Keller Williams Realty in 2012 and is now their regional liaison director for the Keller Williams Commercial National.
