Parker-Torres completes $13 million renovation at Providence Biltmore

The Providence Biltmore, a landmark hotel in downtown has completed a full property guest room renovation designed to bring back the authentic character of the hotel while adding contemporary amenities.
Under the direction of Parker-Torres, an international design firm, the historic hotel's 294 guest rooms and guest corridors have been transformed with a rich color palette, dark wood finishes, and unique furnishings. New features include the exclusive, custom made king sized Biltmore Bed in every room.
"The Biltmore is an iconic landmark cherished by the city and generations of visitors," said Todd Finard, CEO of Finard Properties, the hotel's owner and operator. "We've orchestrated this renovation with great respect for the essence of the hotel, while creating spaces that satisfy the sensibilities and needs of today's travelers."
Spacious executive suites, all complete with cityscape views and well-lit workstations, have been custom designed for business travelers. Recently updated meeting and conference areas filled with natural light and views of downtown Providence provide the perfect backdrop for all corporate meeting and function needs.
As part of the $13 million renovation, the hotel will undergo renovations to the lobby and function rooms late this year.
