Kermes of Residential Properties Ltd. sells 72 Cormorant Rd. for $2.95 million
Narragansett, RI Residential Properties Ltd. sold 72 Cormorant Rd. This is the highest sale in Narragansett this year after being sold for $2,950,000. Sales associate Janet Kermes, a member of RPL’s Boston Neck Rd. office, represented both sides of the transaction.
The Contemporary Victorian home is located on two acres in the Whale Rock neighborhood. Enjoy ocean views from every room, including the living room and the splendid cook’s kitchen featuring top of the line appliances.
