Kermes of Residential Properties Ltd. sells 72 Cormorant Rd. for $2.95 million

Narragansett, RI Residential Properties Ltd. sold 72 Cormorant Rd. This is the highest sale in Narragansett this year after being sold for $2,950,000. Sales associate Janet Kermes, a member of RPL’s Boston Neck Rd. office, represented both sides of the transaction.

The Contemporary Victorian home is located on two acres in the Whale Rock neighborhood.
