Kirkland, Saenz and Casey of Northeast Private Client Group complete $2.25 million sale

Lowell, MA Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has completed the $2.25 million sale of 1180 Middlesex St. and 15 Canton St.

Senior associates Drew Kirkland, Francis Saenz and James Casey represented the seller, Leo Montiero, a local operator that has been adjusting their portfolio, and procured the buyer, Shams Iqbal, a local owner expanding their footprint in the area. 

180 Middlesex St. is a six-unit building comprised of three three-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments and a one-bedroom apartment. 15 Canton St. has two two-bedroom two-bathroom townhouse units. Both buildings were gut-rehabbed in 2020, receiving new electrical and plumbing and high efficiency electric mini-split systems for heating and cooling.
