Klemmer Associates/Hart Group International brokers 20,400 s/f lease
Klemmer Associates/Hart Group International has brokered a lease totaling 20,400 s/f to Graphic Dimensions, Inc. at 49 Vose Farm Rd.
Klemmer represented the owner, while the tenant was represented by Cushman Wakefield of N.H.
Graphic Dimensions is a leader in the printing/document management industry specializing in continuous forms and check printing. Founder and president, Jay Scammell said it "was a great opportunity for his company to establish a New England-base." They anticipate filling a void and ramping up quickly to take advantage of the skilled work force in the Monadnock region.
