Lashar, Leone and Hallowell of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners broker 88,272 s/f lease renewal

Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ) has brokered a 88,272 s/f lease renewal and expansion on behalf of Great Point Investors at 26 Forest St. The tenant, Netezza Corp., occupies office space on the building's first, second and third floors. The company expanded its presence in the building by 20,483 s/f, having previously leased 67,789 s/f. Netezza is the global leader in data warehouse, analytic and monitoring appliances that dramatically simplify high-performance analytics across an extended enterprise. The lease brings 26 Forest St. to full occupancy. The three-story building is located in the Lake Williams Corporate Center. John Lashar, Paul Leone and Samantha Hallowell of RBJ represented Great Point Investors. The firm is the exclusive leasing agent for Lake Williams Corporate Center. Netezza Corp. was represented by Kevin Hanna of FHO Partners. "Lake Williams Corporate Center offers the full range of features that tenants are looking for - central location, onsite and nearby amenities, highway access and a knowledgeable, flexible landlord," said Lashar, partner, RBJ. "While the park is particularly well suited to high tech companies, due to its state-of-the-art infrastructure, it is also very attractive to professional services companies, as it was originally built for a financial firm."
