Andover, MA Cushman & Wakefield has arranged 11 long-term leases totaling 275,800 s/f at Brickstone Sq., a four-building office campus located at 100, 200, 300 and 400 Brickstone Sq.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Blake Baldwin, Shayne O’Neil and Petra Flynn represented the landlord, KS Partners, in the transactions.
Recent leases include:
• ALKU, an employment agency, will occupy 75,000 s/f at 100 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Joe Doyle of Cresa.
• 3Step Sports, a youth sports company, will occupy 64,000 s/f at 300 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Matt Quinlan of SVN Parsons.
• Broadcom, a global technology company, will renew its 60,000 s/f space at 100 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by John Wilson of CBRE.
• Constitution Capital Partners, an investment services firm, will occupy 32,000 s/f at 300 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Doyle, Kurtis Gibbs and Nate Heilbron of Cresa.
• Konica Minolta, an optical products company, will occupy 10,000 s/f at 100 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
• Brown & Caldwell, an engineering consulting firm, will occupy 7,800 s/f at 200 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Kris Knapstein of Savills.
• Clifton Larson and Allen, an audit, tax and consulting services firm, will occupy 7,000 s/f at 200 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Rory Walsh of Newmark.
• Brockway Smith, a doors, windows and millwork distributor, will occupy 6,000 s/f at 100 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Nate Heilbron of Cresa.
• BSC, an engineering and science consulting firm, will occupy 5,000 s/f at 300 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Brian Tisbert of JLL.
• Tek Systems, an IT service management company, will occupy 4,500 s/f at 200 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
• MeMed, a med-tech diagnostic company, will occupy 4,500 s/f of lab space at 200 Brickstone Sq. The tenant was represented by Tom Hovey of CBRE.
