Lavelle and McGarry of O’Brien Commercial handle $1.83m in sales

82 Taylor Street - Littleton, MA

Littleton, MA Luke Lavelle of O’Brien Commercial Properties has represented the seller of 82 Taylor St. in the sale of the 1.22 acre industrial land site which closed October.

The parcel is zoned industrial B, and allows for a variety of warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, R&D, and contractor’s yard uses. The property is located within one mile of I-495 and Rte. 2.

The sale included a 1,470 s/f office building located on the property. The property was purchased by Taylor Street LLC for $1.1 million.

“The Block” 23-31 Stevens Street - Littleton, MA

In addition, O’Brien Commercial Properties completed the sale of the multi-tenant retail building “The Block” located in downtown.

Located at 23-31 Stevens St., the property is a 7,590 s/f brick building situated on .17 acres. Rob McGarry represented the seller, Thumbtack Realty, LLC in this transaction. The property sold for $730,000.
