Ashforth awarded 28,300 s/f Putnam Plaza property management assignment

Greenwich, CT Albert B. Ashforth, Inc., Management Services, a division of The Ashforth Company, unveiled that The Halsam Company awarded Ashforth the property management assignment for Putnam Plaza, a premier retail property located at 68-90 East Putnam Ave.

Jackie Monge, property manager for Ashforth, is overseeing the operations of the property, supported by Laura Supliski, property operations administrator. 

“We are pleased to welcome Putnam Plaza to our management portfolio. Our team is committed to delivering responsive, high-quality property management services that enhance the property’s long-term value and create an exceptional experience for tenants and their customers,” said David Marks, senior vice president and director of operations for Ashforth’s property management division.

Putnam Plaza is a is a 28,300 s/f retail property located in downtown Greenwich on Rte. 1. Anchored by Whole Foods Market, the property is positioned within one of Fairfield County’s most vibrant retail corridors, surrounded by a mix of upscale shopping, dining, and professional services, with close proximity to Greenwich Train Station and I-95. Other tenants include Asiana Café, Salon Mimoza, Starbucks, and Choice Pet.
