Lend Lease expands project management & Construction services in New England and northeast
Lend Lease has expanded its project management & construction (PM&C) presence, staff and service offerings in New England. Lend Lease's Boston PM&C division entered into a long term lease at 20 City Sq. and has hired over 40 new staff members.
"With our expansion of market sector offerings, Lend Lease now provides a full spectrum of project/construction management solutions that few companies can offer in New England" said John Pignataro, principal-in-charge, Lend Lease's Boston office. "This newly dedicated team of local industry leaders will continue to deliver outstanding services to our clients, and lead the strategic growth of our business," said Pignataro.
Operating in New England for more than 20 years, Lend Lease employs industry-leading capabilities in project/construction management, general contracting, design/build and consulting services. Notable projects currently under management include the Bristol-Myers Squibb - North America Biologics Center of Excellence expansion in Devens, Mass., the construction of 22 Water St., a 329-unit luxury multi-family community in Cambridge.
