Linear Retail leases 9,000 s/f to Not Your Average Joe's and Starbucks

According to Linear Retail Properties, LLC, Not Your Average Joe's and Starbucks have signed leases at Daniel Webster Plaza at 225 Daniel Webster Hwy. Not Your Average Joe's and Starbucks together will take the entire 9,000 s/f pad currently occupied by Pier 1 Imports. The pad is located in the middle of the Spitbrook Rd./ Daniel Webster Hwy. retail block and is adjacent to Barnes & Noble. Linear Retail's new 12,000 s/f retail development, Daniel Webster Shops, is adjacent to the site to the north and the Shaw's, Petsmart, Sports Authority, Marshalls power center is directly adjacent to the site to the west. Not Your Average Joe's will take 7,100 s/f and operate on the Daniel Webster side of the pad building. Daniel Webster Plaza will be the restaurant's first site in New Hampshire and will offer 220 seats, a full bar and an extensive outdoor patio. Brian Nadler, of National Commercial Brokers Inc., represented Not Your Average Joe's. Dennis Maher, VP of store development for Not Your Average Joe's said, "We have been looking for a prominent site in the Daniel Webster Hwy. retail corridor for a long time. Linear Retail's site is a fantastic opportunity for Not Your Average Joe's to enter the Nashua and southern New Hampshire market." In addition to Not Your Average Joe's, Starbucks will open a 1,900 s/f store on the west side of the pad building. Tom Sibley of Atlantic Retail Properties represented Starbucks. Joel Kadis, partner of leasing with Linear Retail said, "The addition of Not Your Average Joe's and Starbucks completes our vision for the repositioning of Daniel Webster Plaza. With the grand opening of our adjacent Daniel Webster Shops this spring, we believe the Spitbrook/ Daniel Webster retail block has become a dominant retail nexus for shoppers in Nashua."
