United Multi Family brokered the sale of a 27 unit apartment building at 222-226 Pearl St. for $918,000 ($34,000 per unit).
Handled by James Linfield of the New England UMF office, the brick residences were built in 1914 and sold by Fouiza & Mohammed Mouline to Sunset Properties, LLC with an all cash purchase.
The CAP rate at the time of sale was 10.95%.
