Mansfield, CT Distriab, LLC has signed a two-year lease on office space at 18D Ledgebrook Dr., for its Kiwami athletic apparel business. The space totals 730 s/f. Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate was the agent for both the lessee and the landlord, Eastbrook Heights Associates, LLC, of Tolland. 

Kiwami is a brand of athletic apparel founded in 2003 by international triathletes Craig Watson and Helene Salomon Watson. There are products for men, women, and children participating in triathlon, trail running, swimming and cycling, including tops, shorts, swimwear, wetsuits, swimskins and accessories, with custom printed options and nutrition products. Distributor Distriab is owned and managed by Andre Bennatan and based in Lake Forest, Illinois.
