Lyman Real Estate sells 1,130 s/f office condo to USA Financial & Tax Services at 145 Durham Rd.
Madison, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, a 1,130 s/f office condo at 145 Durham Rd. was sold. The property was purchased by Michael Alimo, president and owner of USA Financial & Tax Services, LLC, headquartered in Glastonbury.
Lyman broker Sam Lyman represented both the buyer and seller Elena Goggin of Goggin & Associates, an elder care planning company.
