Vidal/Wettenstein sells 4,000 s/f industrial to Greenlawn Irrigation Systems for $405,000
Stratford, CT 427-429 Honeyspot Rd. has been sold to a Fairfield-based company which will be relocating to the facility. The 4,000 s/f building sold for $405,000 or $101.25 per s/f. Greenlawn Irrigation Systems which specializes in exterior watering systems for landscaping purchased the property. The existing owner will be staying on for a short period of time, then relocating and merging the business with another company.
Greenlawn Irrigation provides installation and maintenance of irrigation systems throughout Fairfield County and the surrounding areas. The company maintains systems that provide proper water for the landscape.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the sale with both parties. Counsel for the seller was Jack Lipson, and for the purchaser, Russo & Rizio Law Firm.
