Newington, CT Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO, of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development has sold an industrial building at 111 Holmes Rd. The property, which sold for $885,000, has more than 20,000 s/f of warehouse and office space on a 2.2-acre site accessible to Rte. 9 at Exits 29 and 30.
The buyer’s agent was Mark Berkowitz of Sentry Commercial, Hartford. The buyer was Edward Mascolo of EMAS Realty, LLC, West Hartford. The seller was John Meier of Blu Sky Investors, LLC.
