Lynch and Hulteen of Coldwell Banker Commercial broker $4.45m 12-acre sale

Stoughton, MA Stephen Lynch, accredited commercial associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, and owner of SC Lynch Development Co., LLC, and Russell Hulteen, with Coldwell Banker Realty, have completed the closing of a high-profile property transaction. The $4.45 million deal includes a versatile 12-acre site, comprised of nine individual lots, including three residential buildings and one commercial structure. Strategically located and rich in mixed-use potential, the property offers a rare blend of residential and commercial assets.

“This transaction reflects the strength of the Stoughton real estate landscape and the growing demand for multi-use properties in connection with a church as the anchor centerpiece of the development,” said Lynch. “Working closely with Russell Hulteen, we were able to deliver a strong outcome for our clients. We’re thrilled to have facilitated a deal that aligns with the evolving needs of the buyers and their investors.”

“The scale and versatility of this site makes it truly unique,” said Hulteen. “It’s a testament to what can be achieved through strategic collaboration and deep market insight.”

The property, formerly owned by KC Real Estate Management, LLC, was sold to Grace Church of Stoughton.

“This project took months of painstaking and deliberate work to bring all parties together, but Steve Lynch and Russ Hulteen did an excellent job of bringing it across the finish line,” said Steve Kelley, president of KC Real Estate Management.

“Left in the hands of brokers with less experience and understanding of such a complex transaction, this task would never have been completed.”
