Mier-Casanova of Trinity Management to be installed as ARM

Marlborough, MA Carolina Mier-Casanova will be installed as an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) during an upcoming chapter event.

Mier-Casanova is the property manager at Countryside Village Apartments in Marlborough, a Trinity Management LLC property.

The ARM residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully. As such the ARM designation is widely recognized in the residential property management industry with recipients noted for demonstrating excellence in residential property management.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Carolina’s achievement,” said Anthony Susi, 2025 president of IREM Boston and director of property management for The Simon Companies. “The ARM certification is a highly valued credential in the property management industry, signifying a major career accomplishment.”
