MACK V to develop new Tractor Supply Store at 1603 Hopmeadow St. in Simsbury

Simsbury, CT The bowling alley/laser tag building long known in the Farmington Valley as Blue Fox Rock ‘N Bowl on 1603 Hopmeadow St. (Rte. 202) is slated to be razed and replaced by a new Tractor Supply Store.

Planning approvals were gathered earlier this year and the new store is scheduled to open in the spring of 2022. 

The project is being developed by MACK V Development of West Hartford. MACK V has additional retail projects under development in Litchfield Conn., Vermont, New Hampshire and Long Island, N.Y.

Tractor Supply is the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the United States targeting the needs of recreational farmers, ranchers and those who enjoy living the rural lifestyle for more than 80 years.  As of June 26th, the company operated 1,955 Tractor Supply Stores in 49 states.
