Manfro of RHYS brokers two Mobile Rescue leases totaling 3,531 s/f

Norwalk, CT According to RHYS, a commercial real estate firm based in Stamford, Mobile Rescue Tech Repair has signed two new retail leases for stores in Norwalk and Orange.

The Norwalk store is a 2,200 s/f retail store at 607 Main Ave., and the Orange store is 1,331 s/f at 550 Boston Post Rd.

RHYS senior associate Laura Manfro, who exclusively represents Mobile Rescue in corporate and franchise deals, represented them in both deals. The Orange and Norwalk sites would be Mobile Rescue’s eighth and ninth location throughout the region.

The Norwalk Mobile store is located in the Center Seven strip shopping center near Starbucks. The Orange Mobile is located in the Orange Meadows Shopping Center, a regional shopping center directly on Rte. 1, anchored by Trader Joes, an L.L. Bean outlet, a Talbots Outlet and Jennifer Convertibles.

“Both locations are perfect for Mobile Rescue,” said Manfro, who pointed out that the Norwalk store is located across the street from Verizon and AT & T. “Mobile Rescue thrives in locations near to these top two service providers.”

“In Orange they are located in a highly trafficked grocery anchored shopping center which will be very beneficial to bringing customers to Mobile Rescue,” said Manfro. “AT&T, Verizon and Sprint also are located in very close to vicinity to their location on Rte. 1, which will be very helpful to building their business there as well.”
