Nesson of Press|Cuozzo arranges 996 s/f lease
Hamden, CT According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press| Cuozzo Commercial Services, the firm has completed a new lease. New Haven Dental Associates have leased the 996 s/f dental office at 299 Washington Ave., Suite #19 for five years. Total value of the lease is $84,168. Senior commercial advisor, Joel Nesson, represented the landlord and Chris Grundy of Avison Young represented the tenant.
