Martin of Colliers sells 14,742 s/f to CGMasy Properties for $2.725 milliion

1800 Southwood Drive - Nashua, NH

Nashua, NH Colliers negotiated the sale of the 14,742 s/f corporate facility at 1800 Southwood Dr., for $2.725 million, according to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds.

Doug Martin, vice president with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the seller, Viega LLC, in the transaction. Daniel Dewing of JLL represented the buyer, CGMasy Properties, LLC.

Viega selected Colliers to market the property as part of an existing relationship with Colliers teams in multiple markets. Colliers assisted with the valuation and positioning of the New Hampshire asset and secured an owner-user for the property.

“We have appreciated our long-term relationship with Colliers and the opportunity to work with their teams across multiple markets,” said Eric Wicker, senior director, buildings and manufacturing technology with Viega. “For the sale of our Nashua property, the Colliers team brought valuable local market knowledge and helped assemble the resources needed to successfully navigate the transaction.”

Situated on 2.63 acres, 1800 Southwood Dr. is a purpose-built corporate facility featuring modern building systems and professional finishes. The flexible floor plan includes classroom, meeting, and collaborative spaces, as well as high-end audiovisual infrastructure and a full-service commercial catering kitchen.

Predictive Monitor, a related party and Nashua-based technology company specializing in predictive maintenance solutions for the life sciences industry, plans to occupy the building as its new corporate headquarters. The move reflects the company’s continued growth and provides additional space to support its expanding team, technology development, customer engagement, training, and product demonstrations.

Located along the city’s established commercial corridor, the property offers access to Rte. 3/Everett Tpke., major highways, and the Mass. border.
