KGI Properties hires Pich

é as managing director of Property Management DivisionPROVIDENCE, RI KGI Properties LLC, the property management and third party services division of The Koffler Group, recently hired Casey Piché as the managing director of their property management division based in Providence. With the future addition of Wayland Town Center, the KGI managed portfolio will total nearly four million s/f. Piché will oversee the management of the company's current assets and focus on growing their third party property management business. Piché brings over 12 years of real estate and business development experience to the KGI team. Most recently as a vice president with the Lexington, Mass.-based Bierbrier Development. His responsibilities included asset management, leasing and acquisitions. Casey is a graduate of Colby College, holds a MBA from the F.W Olin School of Business at Babson College and is an active member of the Boston ICSC Next Generation planning committee. Kimberly Simmons, chief financial officer at KGI said, "Our property management is something we take pride in here at KGI and we are very excited to have someone of Casey's unique experience and enthusiasm to offer our services to third parties throughout the Northeast." é, KGI Properties
