Maugel DeStefano Architects completes phase one of Northgate Meadows for Whitney Companies
Sterling, MA According to Maugel DeStefano Architects, the firm has completed the first phase of Northgate Meadows, for the Whitney Companies.
The 216-unit apartment complex, located on Research Dr., will be developed in three phases. Each phase features a 106,000 s/f podium style multi-residential building with four stories of one-and two-bedroom affordable and market-rate units. Rentable storage units and expansive common areas are located on each floor.
The 26,500 s/f of parking located beneath each building provides space for vehicles and a dog grooming station.
The second phase is currently underway. The final phase will immediately follow.
