Jim McCaffrey, Fort Point PM

Boston, MA Jim McCaffrey has joined Fort Point Project Management (Fort Point PM), as director of project services. In this role, McCaffery will not only leverage his decades of technical experience leading major construction projects, but his keen negotiation skills and his appreciation for smart design will greatly benefit our growing client base.

McCaffery joins Fort Point PM with over 30 years of real estate experience leading complex construction projects as an owner’s representative.

Prior to joining Fort Point PM, McCaffery was a senior construction project manager at Fox RPM BRG, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), Spaulding & Slye and Colliers specializing in construction project management and owner’s representation services.

McCaffery holds a Bachelor in Architecture degree from Rhode Island School of Design, is a registered architect, and is both LEED and MCPPO Certified.
